Abstract Submission Guideline
1. Abstracts must be written clearly in English, and submitted prior to April 15 → April 30, 2018. Authors may further edit
    and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. 
2. Authors are required to indicate their presentation preference between oral and poster by checking the appropriate box
    on the submission web page. The Program Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final decision on the
    mode of presentation and conference themes.
3. Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the main author. Please make sure
    that you receive an e-mail confirmation after making your submission. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation,
    it means we have not received your abstract.
4. Submitting an abstract implies the following agreement from its authors: Publishing of the abstract in the ART abstract
    book, presenting author's attendance at ART 2018.
 
Paper Publication
The authors of papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit their extended version of papers for possible publications in the Journal of the Korean Society for Railway (SCOPUS), after a peer review evaluations process.

Notification of Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee according to standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent via e-mail by May 15, 2018.
 
Withdrawal of an Abstract
If the author of an accepted abstract does not register by the author registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the ART 2018 Secretariat (secretary@acrt2018.org) in writing as soon as possible.
